The RD5 Brattonsound gun cabinet is extra deep and has capacity for storing between 4-5 Rifles with scopes fitted. Calibration of a scope can be time consuming so this cabinet is ideal and it includes a high density foam divider and floor mat which helps prevent damage to your guns during storage.
This model is lockable by two high security key locks with two keys supplied per lock.

Yes a shotgun would fit in this gun safe, but unfortunately there is not internal shelf. I would recommend to look at the following -

Does this cabinets locks allow for it fitting horizontally rather than vertically?

Thank you for contacting us about this Brattonsound gun cabinet.
We do not recommend that you fit the cabinet horizontally as the locks used have levers inside, these move with gravity and if they are in the incorrect plain then it might mean you are locked out further down the line at some point.

Can you arrange installation to an upper floor via stairs?

We can arrange installation of most safes if the delivery is via stairs however we will need additional man power and equipment so it does cost extra for this service. To provide a quotation we will need to see pictures of the stairs and route by email.
