Thank you for contacting us regarding the shelves on this product. It is not possible to adjust the height of the shelves inside. These are just removable.

Can you arrange installation to an upper floor via stairs?

We can arrange installation of most safes if the delivery is via stairs however we will need additional man power and equipment so it does cost extra for this service. To provide a quotation we will need to see pictures of the stairs and route by email.
