Phoenix Fire Ranger FS1512E Document Safe
The FS1512E burglary- and fire-resistant safe from Phoenix is excellent for safe storage of documents and valuables. The Fire Ranger S2 range is European-certified class S2 according to EN 14450 and is available in 4 models and optionally equipped with a key or electronic code lock.
The Phoenix FS1512E is equipped with a Electronic Lock (EN 1300 certified) and equipped with 2 shelves. This makes the safe cupboard easy to arrange and provides sufficient space for files. The model has the following external dimensions 1225 x 935 x 520 mm (HxWxD) with a content of 361 and weighs 87 kg.
The Fire Ranger complies with the requirements set out by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) for the secure storage of question papers and any other confidential materials distributed to centres in advance of the examinations.
Fire Protection
The Phoenix FS1512E Document Safe features a 50 mm double-wall construction filled with fire-resistant barrier material. The Phoenix safe cabinet has undergone an ‘in-house test’ for fire resistance with a temperature of 500°C and provides 30 minutes of paper protection. However, this is not an official test at a European test institute, so the safe cabinet is not European certified.

Equipped with a Electronic Lock
The Phoenix FS1512E has an electronic code lock (EN 1300 Certified). The lock has 1 master code and 1 user code can be created. In addition, a dual code can also be set so that 2 people are required to open the safe.
The batteries of the electronic code lock can be replaced from the outside. An electronic code lock is very reliable and you have no risk of key loss or unattended duplication of keys.
Construction and Anchoring
The 3-sided locking mechanism of the Phoenix FS1512E Document Safe features solid chrome-plated shots and the safe cabinet is equipped with a 50 mm double-wall construction and includes a fire-retardant filler.
To further enhance security, the safe can be easily anchored via the bottom (2x) with the fastening bolts provided. If drilling into the floor is not possible, the safe can alternatively be glued.
